GROUP EXERCISE

The Geneva YMCA offers 49 Group Exercise classes each week to our members.  Classes take place in the gym, pool and exercise studio and are designed to meet the needs of all ages and fitness levels.  There is truly something for everyone on our comprehensive Group Exercise Schedule!!
