SUNDAY SAUCE - 4/27 - $20pp - Tickets at the Y
Many of our programs for adults and seniors are designed to sustain health, wellness and resilience. Whether you're training for a marathon or just indulging your passion for swimming, we have the facilities and staff to help you be your best!
The older we get, the harder it can be to stay in shape. That's why we offer programs and services for varying interests, aptitudes and abilities. Extended hours, a variety of equipment and a can-do culture make the YMCA an attractive solution for entire families!
Sometimes we all need a little external motivation, or a friendly face, or someone who knows the rules better than we do. Many folks who call us their Y say they're more faithful to their health routines - and in better touch with their friends - because they spend time with us!
Our Wellness Center offers free weights, nautilus-style equipment and a forum for socialization and friendly competition. It's open during the Y's customary business hours so you can fit in some exercise, regardless of your personal schedule.
This equipment is for use by adults, and youth with some restrictions. Youth under 14 must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Youth age 14-17 may exercise independently, but must undergo a formal staff-led orientation to the equipment before they can use it.
Ongoing renovations and new construction will include relocation of the Wellness Center to the first floor by Fall 2025.
Swimming is great exercise, regardless of the weather. Plus, it's kind to your joints if you deal with arthritis or you're recovering from trauma or surgery.
Our swimming pool and hot tub are open to members, their guests, and visitors. Open swim times, lap swim times, maintenance intervals, and restricted use periods are posted here.
If you or a friend are interested in hosting a private event at The Y, contact our Director of Programs.
Players of all ages enjoy this popular racquet sport indoors at the Y.
If you're a fan of tennis, table tennis or badminton, you'll enjoy the play, intuit the rules, and find that the sport is kinder to your body than traditional tennis. Many people you know may already play the game!
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
